We migrated the technology from China to Sweden, creating a more secure and cost-efficient foundation. At the same time, we launched the product on an entirely new platform in both Turkey and Greece.
An embedded team replaced a large offshore setup with a lean, local model — improving collaboration, speed, and delivery. We simplified an over-engineered system, reduced infrastructure costs, and rebuilt the platform to support future growth.
In parallel, we designed and developed key features including payments, subscriptions, discount codes, and child profiles, enabling a stronger user experience and monetization.
