
Dentify is a visionary digital dentistry platform with a mission: to modernize how patients access care and how clinics operate in a fragmented, traditional market. In an industry where analog workflows and siloed systems still dominate, Dentify set out to build a platform that makes dentistry transparent, convenient, and efficient for patients and providers alike.
When Dentify first approached Product Space in May 2025, they had momentum and an MVP but no clear path to scale, no investor narrative, and a product foundation that wasn’t yet ready to unlock real traction in the Nordics and beyond.
Product Space partnered with Dentify as both a strategic and technical partner to turn an early MVP into a scalable teledentistry platform for the Nordics and UK.
Working closely with the founder, we clarified the business model, defined the product strategy, and prioritized integrations with clinic systems — the key to unlocking distribution.
An embedded team (product, tech, interim CTO) rebuilt and stabilized the platform, enabled payments, and prepared it for pilots and onboarding of partner clinics. In parallel, we strengthened governance, aligned the company for fundraising, and supported at board level.
Dentify accelerated time-to-market, gained access to large clinic networks, and established early revenue. The result is a platform that integrates into clinic workflows, improves access to care for patients, and positions Dentify as a credible, investable healthtech company ready to scale.
